1. Acceptance of TermsBy accessing and using our digital solutions, demonstration environments, and other services offered by INGERA S.A. (hereinafter "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
- Platform: Set of digital services offered by INGERA S.A.
- User: Any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
- Services: Include, but are not limited to, identity authentication, credit analysis, and demonstration environments.
3. Changes to TermsINGERA S.A. may change these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on the Platform or by sending a direct notification. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
4. Use of the Platform

- Interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
- Use the Platform in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the Platform or the servers and networks connected to the Platform.
7. PrivacyThe use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INGERA S.A. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Use or inability to use the Platform.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
- Any other matter related to the Platform.
9. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless INGERA S.A., its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, losses, or damages, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms of Use.
- Your use of the Platform.
10. TerminationINGERA S.A. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Terms of Use.
11. Applicable Law and JurisdictionThese Terms of Use will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Presidente Prudente, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
